破碎
Crushing is the first step in the recycling and granulation of hard plastics. Large pieces of plastic are crushed into plastic flakes by a PVC crusher machine.
洗涤
The crushed plastic chips enter the plastic washing machine through the conveyor. The washing machine plastic will remove the dirt from the hard plastic pieces.
烘干
Drying is the third process in the recycling line. Excess water is removed from the cleaned plastic flakes by the dryer machine for plastic.
造粒
Pelletizing is an important process in the recycling line. The pelletizer machine plastic heats and melts the pre-treated plastic and then extrudes it through the die head.
