Working Principle of the Fiber Bale Opener

The polyester fiber opening machine utilizes mechanical centrifugal force to process materials. Tightly compressed fiber bales are fed into the machine. Inside, high-speed rotating rollers equipped with metallic card clothing or teeth grab, pull, and tear the fibers apart. This action effectively removes impurities and loosens the fibers, transforming them from a dense block into a soft, fluffy mass, which is then transported to the next process.

Integration with a Fiber Cutting Machine

For a complete textile recycling solution, our textile opening machine works perfectly in combination with a fiber cutting machine.

Fiber Cutting Machine: First, large textile scraps or long fibers are cut into a uniform, shorter length.
Polyester Fiber Opening Machine: The cut fibers are then fed into the opener to be fully loosened and separated.
