California

According to the latest AB 793 bill, by 2025, plastic bottles must contain at least 25% PCR, and by 2030, this percentage will be increased to 50%.

Washington State
According to the SB 5022 Act of 2021, starting from 2023, the recycled content of plastic trash bags must be at least 10%, and increased to 20% by 2027; plastic bottles must contain 15% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material, and gradually increased to 50% by 2031.
