Plastic EPS pelletizing machine work process
The EPS recycling machine has to go through the steps of crushing, melting, extruding, cooling, and cutting to turn the foam into granules. Below is a description of the machines needed for each process.
Crushing
The crushing step is completed by the foam crusher machine. A foam crusher machine is the first step in foam recycling and granulation, its work is mainly to crush the foam to facilitate the plastic granulator hot melt.
Melting and extruding

Cooling
This step is accomplished by the cooling tank. The cooling machine cools and hardens the plasticized and drawn foam strips.
Cutting
