How Does the scrap metal press machine work?
The scrap metal baler mainly adopts hydraulic system to work, the basic principle is as follows:
Loading: the operator puts the metal scrap into the material box;
Lateral compression: the hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressure plate to compress the material sideways;
Top compression molding: another hydraulic cylinder from above or in front to push the press head for further compression, forming dense bale;
Out of the package: through the push package cylinder or turn the package device will be compacted and molded metal briquettes out of the scrap metal baler machine.
